  2. Well, try to remove engine in VFR12. In retrospect I should have dropped the engine on the ground, and lift the frame off the powertrain. V4 with shaft is 3-4 times amount of work required to remove vs inline 4 with chain. Epic pain in the ass. I had to fix jumping out 6th gear. Well known weak point of first two years of production. Next time I would flip bike upside down to work on gearbox.

  4. My wife had to ask me a couple of days ago on our Stihl blower as well. In my world it's computer symbols. One is on, zero is off.
  5. ...happens frequently enough at my house.
  6. @neilwaterton05 Neil I owe you an apology. Somehow this past month, This item was forgotten. We spoke of shipping cost and then it slipped away. Please post a total and I will Pay-Pal. Ok? Cheers, Cal
  7. I thought being "a little fat" was okay, now. At least that's what I've been observing. 😄 I'm glad they at least mentioned parental involvement at the end. That was my first thought.
  8. Sounds like you might have some good friends.🤣 I had trouble starting my Stihl Blower a few days ago. Turns out I couldn't remember which way the on/off switch was supposed to go. I absolutely hate when they use symbols instead of words. "I" on one side and "O" on the other. How hard is it to put the words "on" and "off" on a thumb switch?
  9. I'm guessing it's quieter. You can buy a lot of ear plugs for the price difference.
  10. Reuters basically published a how-to. They emphasize the need and benefits of self-determination and knowledge. They cover the testing I've talked about and how to be safe. And this is why people can't just depend on their doctor/pharmacist for advice. There's so much lack of knowledge still. https://glp1realtalk.substack.com/p/patients-threw-away-10-million-on Here's a number that'll make your head spin: patients overpaid $10.2 million for GLP-1 medications in the first three months of 2025 alone. I wish I was making this up. A new study from DoseSpot, an e-prescribing platform, analyzed over 100,000 prescriptions for drugs like Ozempic, Mounjaro, and Zepbound. What they found was pretty depressing—92% of those prescriptions could have been filled for less money. Way less money. So how did we end up here? And more importantly, why does this keep happening?

  12. I think that would be a fitting spot for it. It IS too damn nice to dumpster - but gahhh is it unsafe right now. I have to look out for my company a bit. I will haul it to Denver or SLC if it makes it easier.
  13. I appreciate that. I sold it awhile back. Squat away.
  14. Colossal idiot here - it was the Kill switch. I never use it, but had inadvertently hit it and - when she didn't start, that put be into a mental spin...which for me isn't a productive state of mind. Thanks to everyone for the assist. Now, if the temps will lower a bit, I'll get back to riding.
  15. Both are great but the top one looks super handy.
  16. Officer, I'm not a squatter and I can prove it. Look right here in this for sale/wanted forum where he invited me.
  17. What are the advantages of the hydraulic?

  19. Let's make sure we both agree on the squatter thing...... I define "squatter" as the reason I will never, ever own another rental property.
  20. Hey, Scott - a quick tangent - I am in Rocket City for a few weeks. Want me to give your rental property a stealth drive-by?
  21. Recently FedEx has stopped being complete fucktards for me. The tracking...tracks...and stuff arrives. They still do leave it farther from the door than anyone else, but not fully outside/exposed.
  22. First thing I thought of is the nightmare stories from Vern, Tom, and Carlos. LOL Fingers crossed.
  23. You saw it was FedEx, right? Just be happy if it gets to you in one piece.
  24. Dayum
  25. You're right, I glanced at the old 809 and put that in my mind. $120 is still great.
