  2. Yeah but that's gonna really hold in the moisture underneath. It's probably already rotting the boards, rusting the frame and compromising the wheel bearings. I think maybe rigging up a fan system to create proper airflow would be a good idea.
  3. For those that care, this is how well it’s worked out with recent rains…very little pooling.
  4. Last week
  5. Sooo....thanks to charliethepenismarks1704, I now have pics and the RS-3 system is boxed and ready to travel....wherever it may be called upon to go... I replaced the missing rivet with one having a slightly smaller head...pretty unnoticeable....
  6. Heads up on email address charliemarks1704@gmail.com He is a scammer that strung me along for over a dozen emails and then tried to get me to make changes to my PP to "receive" his payment. Dirty bastard he is!! Carry on....😐

  8. Carlos doesn't know it, but I sabotage his torque wrenches when I'm there. If it's not at 0 I correct it. Maybe a high quality torque wrench spring won't sag like their tester did, but I won't chance it.

  10. Teflon, C-8, PFOS http://www.c-8medicalmonitoringprogram.com/ https://m.imdb.com/title/tt9071322/
  11. After watching the video, I knew that lube changed the torque but in this case, double!!! I didn't think 100 ft. lbs. would become 200.
  12. Yesterday was the first time I ever torqued a bolt with anti-seize on it. Sway-bar mounting bolts (installed new rubber bushings). The upper bolts don't have to be completely removed, so I didn't put anti-seize on those. They torqued normally. Now I understand why it wasn't hitting the setting on the lower bolts.😬 At least I didn't keep at it until the wrench clicked, but definitely over-torqued. Wish they had also done that test with WD-40 and plain motor oil. Am I the only one that is thinking I should use anti-seize on everything now, and just torque to half? My old shoulder thinks that's a great idea.🤔
  13. Dodge OEM. 1000# tongue rating. But look away, this solution will not work for you. Nowhere near enough tie down locations for your 10 strap, spider web anchoring method.
  14. I just follow the instructions just like not sticking my finger in an electric closing hatch. 🙂
  15. What kind of hitch is that? The ones I’ve seen ARE NOT rated for a full size motorcycle.
  16. I've never turned one down, and they don't seem to care. I never release tension on any spring; guns, tools, whatever. Doesn't seem to matter. I've been assured that I will fuck up my bandsaw because I don't do it; still waiting after like 15-20 years.
  17. Thanks. I will have to try it as I just hate how the stuff I have used stays slimy and sucks dirt to it.
  18. I haven't watched the video yet but I do like the split beam one I have (also have a couple clickers and beam style). You don't have to turn the setting down when done.
  19. I have no idea. They are all different and I just don't care. I hate some but it's only because I hate how they feel. I can't tell any performance difference. Whatever was cheapest/biggest at one of the auto stores. And really, this is something I hope to do extremely rarely. Edit, they are smaller and thinner than most which I really loved.
  20. Harbor Freight OK - Pittsburgh? I was looking at Menards and stopped myself.
  21. Which ones do you buy? Not all microfiber towels are the same.
