  1. I have to admit, I have done many things with a circler saw that I shouldn't have.
  2. Can't blame you on that one. Ford don't sell them anymore so I guess they are just gouging.
  3. No biggie, just curious. I don't have (and don't want one) a YouTube account. On a different note, have you bounced what you are doing off our expert Phillip? Not to say that you aren't doing it right but I would ask.
  4. Why do you feel you need it on this old truck?
  5. Keep us informed how this goes either good or bad. I'm sure life seems so much better when you feel well.
  6. See, you didn't follow the rules and now you paid for it. 😄
  7. I 100% agree and have removed ones that were in good shape from a couple of Mustangs that I've had.
  8. You have to keep it because you will need it someday. Man I'm ready for someday. 🙂
  9. I have wasted way too much time trying to work that out. Edit to add: Looks great.
  10. Bad. Every time I rearrange my tools, time goes by and I can't find the seldom used one that I need to complete what I'm working on. I never thought of it until now, maybe it would be a good idea to take the time to shoot some pics of where things are so I don't keep buying the same tool that I already own and find as soon as I get the new one.
  11. I'm sure that it is stored in a fire locker. 😉
  12. I have wrangled with them a little. I store some wood in the shed that is also wood and found out one thing, they love some wood and won't touch others. Since the shed is away from the house I just nuked the crap out it and seemed to have worked. I give it a little more every now and then. I think I may have invited them, had wood stacked under tarp for camping for many years and they had a field day with it. That is all gone now.
  13. The only thing I worry about when I had my carbs apart where the condition of the rubber diaphragms as they are pretty hard to find. They were good.
  14. Was someone tripping over the little raise going onto the carpeted area?
  15. That is 2wd. Just for clarity of what I was talking about, this is 4wd.
  16. Yes torsion bars, I don't call them springs.
  17. Oh I forgot you have a 2wd. In the 4wd there are no front springs.
  18. Well if your truck is like the Ranger, if doesn't have front springs.
  19. That seems way too much. I just put in 2 springs but not the other stuff at Rock Auto and shipping was $57 but it's too late now I guess.
  20. Someone on here owned a pumpkin Bird, Fonzie? That photo brings a lot of questions. 50th anniversary edition? 1200? Does someone make mirrors with turn signals that perfectly replace the stockers?
  21. No roof rack? Just think of how much more you could have carried. 😃
  22. You know you can get the Maverick with the 2.5 hybrid engine or the turbo for the same price starting at $22,595?
