Cut-in boxes are installed in remodels. The sheetrock guys would benefit the most with the sq. cutter on new construction. This got me thru for many years. Pretty fast pulled from the hip. Trace the box, cut inside the line. Sounds like it's runnning good now. Thats alot of motor metal to heat up. Did you idle it down? Perhaps let it run 1/2 choke for a little while longer get some heat in there?

Only once have I worked on the pivot area of a shaft bike. What a pain in the ass. Replaced the bushings. Yamaha 1200 Venture. Challenging to support when dissasembled. That was an evil bike.

Sad. I like eggs. Can do alot with a boiled egg. If you let them go weeks beyond stale date, there are other uses for them. edit to add: they really explode if you shoot 17hmr.

Oscar, I already did that yrs ago. The rotten wood was starting to fall out on the hwy. HAD to re-deck it. Bought that trailer in 2004. It was one yr old then so, the original untreated, never tarped 2x10's remained twenty yrs. I chose not to treat the wood and even used a few good weathered 2x10's. I won't be here in another twenty yrs. It will be fine.

Did you have to cut the cases to get the 38 to fit? 😆

Where did you get that special re-bar alighnment tool ? Kinda soft to hold the weight? Don't think I would sit on the bike right now.

I want to put one of these in it and make it removable. My Son Kevin drives truck and delivers to the guy that sells them. The guy is anxiuos to get the word out and sold this one to Kevin with big discount. If I get to meet the guy, I will ask if he would consider a group discount. We shall see. fwiw, I put that one together for Kevin. Works good.
