While the BB is naked I am considering replacing hoses & stuff.

Mike, have you already replaced hoses? I am at 122K now. I am going to replace the Evans with new coolant also. I may take off the manual switch - the fan is consistently energizing when appropriate.

Thanks to my scanning receipts for future reference (suck it SwampNut), I located a parts list for when I replaced the thermostat and went to the waterless coolant.  I don’t think any of these are hoses, and if in doubt, I would have replaced them at that time.  I don’t see any reference to replacing the hoses ever, and the bike was always garage kept.

You might want to Google the part numbers to be sure, though.

I scan mine too.  I only made fun of the idiocy of holding paper.

Don't forget to pressure test the crank bearings.

Cool! Is there a date or mileage associated with the entries?

And no, hoses are not in the list.

I doubt there will be much testing of anything.

I'd replace radiator as well. I don't even wanna know how fins look after all those miles.

Get Chinesum from Amazon. Easier to replace/return if anything wrong with it. And radiator is not exactly rocket science. China will work fine.

Left lower corner makes contact with foam on inside of lower fairing. On my bike that particular piece of foam was packed with sand etc. I acted as a sand paper, eventually rad started to leak there. You may wanna check those areas out.

That should not be necessary as it's been replaced already.  Just do a thorough inspection.
