Things are very different in the US, kids are still running around, and general immunity had been on a trend up until the latest anti-vaxx wave put a dent in it.

The latest plant based cheeses are making monstrous strides in being realistic and satisfying.

https://nutritionfacts.org/video/are-doctors-misleading-patients-about-statin-risks-and-benefits/ What is the dirty little secret of drugs for lifestyle diseases? If patients knew the truth of how little these drugs actually worked, almost no one would agree to take them.

Statins have turned out to be yet another pharma fraud, aided and abetted by the FDA and the for-pay medical industry. I've been sending videos and podcasts from Dr Gregor, the nutritionist that I quote here often and follow regularly, to my friends taking this shit, for years. They show it to their docs and get very mixed results. From one of his podcasts: "... the absolute risk only dropped 1 percent. So, in effect, “your chance of avoiding a…heart attack [over] the next [few] years is about 97 percent without treatment, but you can increase it to about 98 percent by taking [a statin] every day.” Another way to say that is that you’d have to treat 100 people with the drug to prevent a single heart attack. That statistic may shock a lot of people."

Not sure why that matters. Warranty? My experience is that these things work and don't fail. I only care that it is good when it arrives. Found the one on the Jeep. It was good compared to stock headlights with upgraded bulbs. It was less useful when I bought real, full on LED headlights. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00D7JKN12?ie=UTF8&psc=1

They do have them, nearly all do, but are hidden. The Tesla has one inside the console. The Smart has it somewhere hidden but I don't recall where. Do most modern vehicles still have a round 12v power socket? Copilot 3 steps completed Answer Yes, most modern vehicles still come equipped with a round 12V power socket, which was originally designed to power cigarette lighters. As smoking has become less common, these sockets have been repurposed as general power outlets for various devices and accessories. Modern vehicles often include a combination of power outlets, such as 12V, USB-A, USB-C, and even 110V household outlets, to accommodate a wide range of charging needs for devices 1 2 4 .The 12V socket, also known as an auxiliary power outlet, is a cylindrical receptacle that provides direct current (DC) at 12 volts, which is suitable for charging devices or powering accessories on the go. Despite the rise of USB ports for charging, the 12V socket remains a standard feature due to its ability to power a wide array of accessories that require more power than USB ports typically provide 3 4 .The ecosystem of devices that utilize the 12V power port is extensive, and many consumers still have accessories that require this type of connection. Additionally, the cost to include one or more 12V sockets in a vehicle is relatively low, which is why they continue to be a common feature 8 .

It's so hard to choose. And also reasonably good bars have foibles that may or may not matter to you. I had a pretty good one but the light had a green-yellow cast, which is common with cheap LEDs, and it sorta annoyed me. But it worked fine. BUT...better headlights actually blew it away in range and quality. What headlights do you have? What vehicle is this for? Once I upgraded the headlights on one of the Jeeps, the bar was less useful. This was a pretty good one, but now I need to find the vendor.

A security update broke the posting window. I had done the update and started testing, got a call, and wasn't able to get back to it for a bit. Just noticed. PHP caches had to be rebuilt. Easy, but had to see it first. Speaking of refunds, probably time to build up the cost covering fund.

It belongs to some Instagrammer in the UK, so yes. I find it odd that it's had three different rear seat cowls in a few years.

Low, indirect, multi source. I have three LED bulbs around 5-6w and about 3500K. MacBooks have a light sensor so the monitor color temp and brightness adjusts to ambient. The Window is mostly covered by a thick sheet of foam insulation. Most importantly, nothing that can reflect from a monitor, in the slightest way.

In a perfect world you have the tire's high point opposite the wheel's high point, giving the best pre-weight balance.
-
So Tomek confirms that I really do need a full dynamic balance, got it.

When I googled the issue, this was the top answer on the forum forums.

I was able to make one, but got the error you gave if either I had no text in the normal text post section, or had not title for the poll. Maybe take a screen shot of the two tabs.

@OMG? https://www.cycletrader.com/listing/2003-Honda-CBR+1100XX-5030300944 Nice machine, first one I've seen in a long time that probably should command a high asking price.
-
Until you need a more dynamic balance. The last tire had offset weights on both sides of the wheel. Did it absolutely need it? Dunno. I'm extremely uninterested in solving this by doing it, I'll solve it by changing shops.

It's decent, I like it, and I'm sure it will do what I need. Unfortunately there's no way to set the correct pressure for my mountain bike, which runs at about 22 psi. None of the modes will let you store that, you have to just do it manually every time. Dumb. I don't intend to use it for the MTB but figured I might. I carry CO2 on it, and don't need to air down/up.

My only objection to *informed* personal choices is when people continue to come to me with the same complaints after repeatedly choosing to eat crap. My neighbor, for example. Dishonest choices based on lying to one's self are also retarded. Also a nutritionist I worked with years ago like to say that the path to better health is simple. But not easy. Meaning we know exactly how to do it but the entire society is against it and we're programmed to not do it.

Have you tried green things roasted/sauteed and not steamed in any way? I thought I hated green things, then learned, not long ago, that it was just steaming that caused the awful flavor. This includes frozen veggies which are all par-boiled. Even just putting a lid on cooking green things causes enough steam for me to dislike them. I don't get this; he said "mitigated" and never "an easy full fix." Eating plant based mitigated my joint pain and prevented surgery.

I had one of the exhaust powered "jack" balloons for the Gladiator, remarkably effective. I got the compressor, used it a couple times, it's good. I'm doing a full charge now, then will do a video of using it.

Not just died, but went through something where they wish they had. Leon's sister (neighbor, close friend) is in this situation. I don't think she's gone a single day in life without beef, accompanied by the typical garbage sides. She'll eat a vegetable.....covered in butter or cheese. Anyway, she just had multiple colon surgeries and had a cardiac event on the table, it was sketchy. Recovery from each surgery is "the worst pain imaginable." She has sworn to eat more plants and less trash. I've volunteered to walk over and help any time. So far she's quit smoking and has lost 40 pounds. Leon meanwhile has major knee pain when he's eating junk, but like me, it goes away when he doesn't. We figured this out on a hunt, where he just couldn't keep up with me and our third friend. Once he cut out the junk he could. But then his sister moved in, and made sure that everyone ate the same junk she's addicted to. So no, it's not about living longer, it's about living well while you're here. It comes down to basic life loves; Leon couldn't go hunt-hike for more than half a mile or so, while we all want to do a few miles.

Sent to my friends about dinner tonight: Then I compared lamb. The results are…we are going to die after tonight’s meal. Most unhealthy thing I’ve made in a very long time. Very high fat and everything else that you shouldn’t eat. LOL Glaze/marinade is Luxardo cherry with bourbon and dark rum. So fat, sugar, alcohol. They will provide balance. We're fine.

https://nutritionfacts.org/video/friday-favorites-are-beyond-meat-and-the-impossible-burger-healthy/?subscriber=true Interesting comparison, I had no idea that Alzheimer’s/dementia was among the many problems linked to beef consumption. In summary, while plant based meat substitutes are somewhat processed and adulterated, they are still far better for you than beef. This led me to compare bison, which also is a good comparison against beef. This is the most brief summary I found on that: https://www.research.va.gov/currents/summer2013/summer2013-10.cfm Then there's this retarded bullshit.
