Only reason I say "almost" is I don't want anyone complaining if the find a microscopic scratch on when they get it. Looks perfect to me. Very minor scuffing on back of case from being set on tables, ect. NOT unlocked, this is an AT&T phone. Overall 9.5 out of ten condition. Comes in original box with unused earbuds, wall charger and manual. Pics if you feel that's necessary, but I can't find my camera right now. It's an iPhone, you know what it looks like. $275 shipped. David Funny you say Ben.....I listed something as "Like New" on eBay and the closed down my auction telling me it was against policy to list an item as like new. They told me to re-list as "Slightly Used." Tim, The problem with an iPhone for $275 is that phone now costs $99 in the store with a plan. The ONLY person who would be interested in that phone is someone who has lost or broke their iPhone and needs a replacement. Not enought people on this site have one....to need it to be replaced yet OR like me, I carry it like a living baby as it would cost me $599 to replace wihout a plan. Not true. My SIM works fine in the wife's iPhone, and when she got it (her dad gave to her) we just dropped the SIM from her cheapo LG in it and it worked fine. Now, the data plan, that's a different story. So, if you don't have the data plan, the phone is kinda pointless. If you sign up for the plan, then you can get the phone way cheaper, anyway. The compatibility of the SIMM cards is to allow you to be able to transfer phone numbers, etc between phones and it would allow the use of the phone ( voice) in the event the IPhone had a problem. I have a hacked iPhone running a t-mobile sim card, works great. The software is free to download and use and it's both windows and mac compatible. You can still buy or get free apps from iTunes. I have a 2g 8gb and the $275 price for a 3g 8gb is good. The 2g 8gb go for close to that much on ebay if they're clean and have all the parts.
