It's at most of the "weird" stores like Sprouts and Whole Foods.  It's the only brand I will never buy again.  Chris and I may have opposite tastes, LOL.

Sabra red pepper is my favorite.  Might have to look for this Cedar brand.  Can't say I've seen it, but don't pay that much attention to hummus brands.  I like it, but don't buy it on a regular basis for the same reason as Blackhawk.  I'll dip way too many chips in it.

I bought the last one at a Kroegers- Fred Meyer store and I prefer it over Sabra.  You may not like it like Carlos.

The wife is getting into the hummus thing and we ended up getting these plus pita chips and bread.  The bread is really good but I don't eat bread, (can't control myself), the pita chips are harder than we like.  I can eat all of them but the honey jalapeno is my favorite.

Try other brands, you will find some that are thin and break, some that are thick but also crunchy, and you may have hit the middle ground where they don't really crack but also don't fall apart like the thick ones.

This is the type of bread I like to dip into hummus.  I normally heat the bread for about 15 seconds in the microwave as I store them in the refrigerator for longer shelf life.

I don’t have to eat breakfast but often do. A week a month I wake up at midnight for the morning shift (we rotate to reduce our exposure to our fingers)

Then breakfast consists of an ounce of hard cheese, cut into 8 sugar cube-sized pieces, dusted with slap ya mama hot pepper. Also cut about a 2 inch slice of a hard salami like pepper-encrusted soprasseta and slice into 8 pieces. Then a Honey Crisp apple cut unpeeled and fired using one of those apple cutter thingys. Put the meat and cheese into a snack bag separate from the apple. A great finger meal on the drive in.

When I work the day shift I will cook grandson and me before I leave.

One fresh egg pooped the day before by my free range flock, slow fried over hard, on a large burrito with a slice of velveeta and a couple strips bacon I keep in a ziplock bag in the fridge. I drain mine heavily with slap ya mama and fresh cracked pepper.

Oh and of course breakfast or no a whole pot of (admittedly second -rate) fresh ground coffee. Half ‘n’ half and 2 packets of equal. I am using up my supply of equal and will transition to refined sugar. Wifey usually buys equal by the 500-count  box of equal so it’s gonna take a while.

They make a powder?  I just polished off my last bottle on a Beyond Burger.

Do you both enjoy that?  😁

These are tasty, with good quick energy with no junk, crack an egg or two over it and done in five.  Sticks with you for hours and no blood sugar spike.  So it inspired me to buy a bunch of the silicon freezer bags, and make a huge batch of a pepper-onion-potato hash to portion out and store.  Instant real food.
