SwampNut
This changes everything. The biggest challenge to using tofu is that you have to process it first, to get rid of the water, and remove the odd little flavor it can have. This stuff is already pressed and ready to go directly into the pan. They also have several pre-marinated options so you don't even need to spice it, and they are excellent. So far, I've only found it at Target.
86gn
I'll have to try that. I used to press it and try to get out all that I could but lately I've just done a quick press with paper towels.

SwampNut
I have two tofu presses, and even after 45 minutes or more, it can't get the block as perfect as this.

You can pick up some tofu while browsing for tuckable bikinis. Very convenient!
SwampNut
And Bud Lite? Last night we had their Thai lemongrass or something like that. Super convenient to just toss it in a hot pan to warm it and put a little crust on it, drop it in some sprouts and rice noodles with coconut sauce for a fast and real food meal.

No wonder you can't loose weight. I'm not trolling, dead serious. They have massive amount of carbs.
