    Chain Tools

+1 The one you listed will work (I own it), but the Jumbo is much easier to use IMHO. http://www.motionpro.com/motorcycle/tools/...mbo_chain_tool/

    Stock Seat

I've got a Stock Seat I'de be willing to sell... It's got about 200 miles on it, then I replaced it with the Corbin. Make me an offer. Mark
  4. Look two posts up from Yours It works and they are cheap. Mark
  5. Another option is to replace the flasher relay with a variable one. Something like a Tridon EL-12 avialable from your neighborhood auto parts place will work. It's what I used when I put LED brake lights/turn signals on my old Superhawk. Mark

    XM Radio

You could probably sell those mounts, or at least one Where'de you get the volume control and who makes it?? Mark
  7. I have a chatterbox attached to my Arai and use the speaker with it for tunes using the passthrough with my Ipod.
  8. I've ordered a bunch of stuff from them. Chains, Sprockets, steering dampner, exhausts. They and Tricktape are my primary parts suppliers. Always easy to deal with, and have even called me to let me know if something gonna be backordered etc. I'de order from them again. Mark
  9. If you still havn't ordered these Carlos, I'm interested, although I'll have to find the shock too...
  10. Northman is pretty much on the money. It's mostly due to the constant heat load the fluid is exposed to in the slave unit. It's even worse on the RC-51 and the Superhawk since the res. is half that of the XX. Dot 5.1 has a much higher boiling point and is less hygroscopic then 3&4 (It will still absorb water, but over a longer period of time), so this is why it turns darker after more time.
  11. That flappers been on the bikes since the 929 (Called the HTEV valve). It and the flapper in the airbox are engaged below 6500-7000 RPMS and then open afterwards. They are designed to give the bike better MidRange. Most of the 929 and 954 slip ons went after the valve so it was retained. Havn't looked @ the 1000RR's setup, but I think most slipons would keep the HTEV. Full system usually replace it, and you'll want to get a PC or a Yosh box to remap the system with the full. Mark
