  1. Congratulations, massive accomplishment Now to maintain the lower weight !
  2. Would like to get a hold of a 01 or later throttle position sensor. I am told the sensor only comes as part of the whole throttle body.
  3. I have been messing with a throttle position sensor code for the last few years intermitantly. Tech keep telling me I need to replace the throttle position sensor but Honda claims that it is not sold by itself. Must buy the whole throttle assembly so still not willing to spend the bucks. Not even sure what I need even if the actual throttle position sensor is in fact bad.
  4. crooks and ignorant as well!! Check out this beautiful all original 2011 Honda CBR1100XX Blackbird! Don't be fooled by high dealer prep fees and rebates that are impossible to qualify for! This is a true price with a ultra low dealer fee of $250. Any additional fees are taxes and tag. THAT IS IT! Come see the Cycle Guru at Southwest Cycle. We deliver! We finance! * delivery cost may differ per location

  6. I have often thought about what fun it would be to have a toy like a Smart car with a Busa motor!! I have watched lots of YouTube videos of such.
  7. To my knowledge only the rear signals take the 1156 bulb
  8. Th ethree chrome bulbs are 1156 single element bulbs that are used in the rear signals. The front signals take 1157 dual element bulbs
  9. The Chrome bulbs are 1156 (single element) and only work in the rear signals. The front signals take 1157 dual element bulbs that I do not have in chrome. If you can use a pair of the 1156 bulbs I will be happy to send them to you for postage. The rest will go to Oscar.
  10. I was thinking about dropping them off at the local Advance Auto Parts or PepBoys. Maybe they can use them or give them away or drop them in their garbage can!
  11. I am cleaning out my garage a bit and found a box that has a bunch of left over stuff from when I was a Clear Alternatives distributor. I still speak with Tobin, the owner occasionally. They are no more. I have 14 amber 1157 bulbs and 6 1156 amber bulbs that I am about to throw in the garbage. Three of the 1156 (single element) bulbs are the Titanium or some called them chrome bulbs. Back in the day they sold for $10 a piece, now pretty much worthless. Anyone have a need for bulbs that is worth the shipping cost? They probably are more expensive to mail than to buy new ones but thought I would offer them up before garbage pickup tomorrow morning.
  12. I have two left. send me a PM or email at John@bikebits.us
  13. Not available in the USA. The XX itself was not available in the USA in 2005.
  14. Those used to be sold as 1157A Chrome bulbs by Clear Alternatives Some manufactures called them titanium bulbs
  15. I bought a 2016 FJR1300ES from Scott in Colorado in 2017. Eats up miles in far more comfort than my 2001 Bird. They complement each other nicely in the garage. Ride the Bird for local runs up to an hour away but take the FJR when covering any mileage.
  16. Speak for yourself! I am completely secure in my insanity! 🤓
  17. Let it set overnight on the tender before installing it in the bike. Many leave their batteries on a tender indefinitely for months at a time over the winter, without harm.
  18. Dri-Eaz and Phoenix are the biggest name in the Water Damage Industry for dehumidifiers and air movers.
  19. In order to own a repairable unit that will give you 1000's of hours of use trouble free you are going to have to spend $1500.00+ My brothers company owned over 75 Dri-Eaz model 1200's for over 20 years with only a hand full of repairs needed over the years. Said repairs were quick, easy and low cost performed my me in the shop. The cheap china made units at Lowes of the Depot are disposable only with a short life span.
  20. Yea, I saw that outdoor option. Also their site says they are currently working on a dedicated outdoor model. I am still researching, not liking the 12 second recording time after motion is detected followed by a 5 minute cool down. Still looking and learning trying to avoid a $250 model that I like but can not justify the cost for right now.
  21. Is the Wyze camera available for outdoor use mounted under an eve? Not finding anything about outdoor use. Also need direct wired, not interested in replacing or recharging batteries.
  22. My neighbor has 2 of the ring brand camera's that work amazingly well and have proved out to be worthwhile. Twice the local police have utilized video from his camera's to help solve a crime. They are fully customizable as far as alarms, voice over, night vision, and notifications but do utilize the cloud for most storage. Cheap annual cost. I am looking to add a pair on my house as soon as the $500 budget allows. I have no prior experience with security cameras so take my opinion with a grain of salt. They are rated well. Here is the one that I am looking at https://shop.ring.com/products/floodlight-cam?variant=56549562891
