NoOne65
anyone ever tried to change when the fuel light comes on? (if its even possible) My light works but I run out of fuel before it turns on. I suspect a few months back when I was trying to get all of the old fuel out I may have messed it up a tad while shaking the tank
Zero Knievel
I don't know if it's possible, but odds are there's something going on with your fuel level sensor. It might be purely mechanical in nature.

superhawk996
It comes on after running out of fuel, how does that work?
Zero Knievel
I'd drain the tank and inspect the mechanism. My gauge isn't reading full like it should, but the light still comes on at the correct time. I need to pull mine this winter and see what's going on.
