sykotek-xx
Turn on the key. Hold down the 'set' button until the clock starts to flash. Then you just hit the set button to set the time. Every time you touch it, you'll advance 1 minute. If you hold it down it will advance 10 minutes at a time. Once you have it set, you turn off the key to lock it in. tvking
There is info in a little book called an owners manual. I'm assuming you're the owner, right?
Amherst XX
Okay...here's a good one for everyone. It's more of an annoyance than anything else. My clock always worked fine. Last season it started turning off (and I mean OFF) every time I turn the bike off. It needs set every time I start the bike. What would have done that? Oh yeah, and +1 on the turn the key on thing. That puzzled me for like an hour when I first got the bike. p.s. - 97 clock, not digi guages.
tvking
Does the clock go blank when you turn the key off? Check you fuses. Sounds like the clock fuse is blown. fuse 'F' I think.
Amherst XX
Cool, I'll check that. Yes it does go blank when I turn the key off. Thanks 8)
Amherst XX
Nope, the fuse is fine. Any other possibilities?
