Moriartii Posted June 9, 2005 Share Posted June 9, 2005 I recently did this to my bike as well, taillight is still in progress hence no pics yet. I used a handheld coping saw, a file and some 220 grit sand paper to shape my fender. The fender is pretty easy to cut so a hacksaw should work, may want something smaller for close in work tho. demon Posted June 9, 2005 Share Posted June 9, 2005 You can cut the lower fender pretty easily with a utility knife. Score it using a ruler or another sturdy guide type device (on the good surface you want to keep) and then keep at it. It doesn't have the rough edges that a hacksaw will leave.
