electrical diagram help (thanks for the help guys)

Well depending on levels of vibes and amount ridden it may take a month for such a problem to surface. Take it down to how you had it replacing plugs, and check for any obvious flattened or abraded wires. It's gonna be something simple and stupid just like that. Believe me, I feel your pain.

driving to wrk everything shut off  blown 30 amp fuse. replaced it , keeps blowing    H E L P

I had a short tester from Snap-On when working on cars, you plug it in place of the fuse it buzzes when the short is present, then you can wiggle or move wiring harnesses, move handlebars back and forth or unplug connectors one at a time to help locate the short.

I've been lurking over there for 6-8 months now. What KTM do you have? Those 950s give me a chubby.... :D
