i would let it sit longer than what it says in directions. i mixed my with more steel than hardner. applied a little at a time -

you could also call a local weld shop. but youve got nothing to lose by trying some type of temp weld product. just clean & lightly scuff area -

i had a dirt bike once that had a crack on the cover where chain came off i jb welded it & it held for a year. just rode at lake. -

i hope they (local bike shop not dealer) i found for 107.00 ron wants 153.00 ? honda wanted 220.00 ? thats a huge difference wtf
