    i would let it sit longer than what it says in directions. i mixed my with more steel than hardner. applied a little at a time

    you could also call a local weld shop. but youve got nothing to lose by trying some type of temp weld product. just clean & lightly scuff area

    i had a dirt bike once that had a crack on the cover where chain came off i jb welded it & it held for a year. just rode at lake.
