Afam part: AS 11508-46 ....delicious little sprocky, gold anodised alloy and looks the "mutts nuts". This alloy is largely aluminium but with other "stuffs" added for superior strength. Would not last long if it was your common and garden variety window frame aluminium. I reckon it is about 9 on the bling scale and even if it was shagged in 15k it is worth it. Get a chubby every time I look at the back wheel

Trying to keep my head from spinning..

I am doing the new chain thing.. and the one down front sprocket seems like an intriguing idea..

can the vfr 16t front be put on with a stock rear sprocket?

I understand that the wheel base will change..

Anything we can do to manually adjust the speedo.. without a $100 dollar box..? some kind of dial we can turn down?

The VFR 16T can replace the stock front sprocket. Chain size (110) links remains the same with the stock rear sprocket.

I doubt that you'll notice the wheelbase difference to be of any significance.

There's nothing you can do to manually adjust the speedo except put tape on the speedometer face and write in the numbers.

I recommend the Ahlman unit like I have to correct the speedometer error.
