congrats! :) I did not know we had a diet forum here too.

I also am gaining hp hheheh over the last 2 years I have dropped 148 lbs :) no wonder this bird feels stronger than my first one.

I started with slimfast and lots of time at the gym now its Atkins and the Gym! My New Years goal was ubder 230 by my Birthday of april 19th I made it to 126 and have been off the Diet till this week. I am back up to 231 and now I am giving myself 3 months to hit under 220. But even if I dont make it I am not going to beat myself up over it. I feel GREAT! 150lbs lighter.

I know the Atkins brownie mixes are good. thats about the only "cheats" I eat. Other than that its Veggies,Fish,meat,Cheeese! and 1 1/2 gals of water a day.

Wow, you have the record for sure! A few of us have done 30-50 or so, but...wow. I thought I felt like a new man with 40-some down, but you really must be going through one hell of an experience. Congratulations.
