Impact Wrenches - shade tree mechanic grade

I really don't, but the breaker-bar wasn't doing the job. It was "a bad reach" and I have had back problems in the past.

O'REILLY'S made sure I got the part after hours. It should be covered under lifetime warranty.

F250 front caliper, salt corrosive environment.

Is that 1/2" Milwaukee capable of twisting off the head?

If it's the bolt holding the caliper to the bracket, probably.  If it's the caliper bracket bolt holding it to the knuckle, very unlikely.

The one on the back of the slide-pin. It was the one that was stuck. I had to take the whole bracket uot as I didn't have the right reducer/socket to put on the impact.

I clamped it onto the bench and put a pipe on a 1/2" breaker bar to persuade it.

(the kid asked me if we should buy some adaptors too 😳 )

Sometimes heat with leverage is your friend.  Someone gave me a trailer hitch with ball but wrong size. So I put the hitch on the vehicle and even with a long breaker bar with a pipe on that, it wouldn't come loose.  Hit it with heat and came right off, guessing it had lock tight on it.
