  1. Make sure your headlight housing isn't loose and the spring sits tight on the back of the bulb.
  2. Really? I have wished I had it on camera at least a dozen times. I nailed a deer last week at 65..near took his head off. Wish I had it on camera.
  3. The stock battery sucks.....but if you get 7 yrs off a battery, you're pushing it.
  4. That'll work. They're pretty goddam proud of those things, but it was easier than running all over trying to find a substitute. I hope I do not have to add any length to the wires. As I said in my original post about this problem, it looks as though the wires have been degraded over time about a centimeter back. As you know, wiring harnesses are cut pretty tight. Thanks! The contacts pop right out of those plugs. Pop out the old contacts. Cut them off and discard. Extend the wires. Solder on new contacts. Click back into the old connector. I have done this many times. Of course you do not even need a connector if you can secure it properly without. I would just find a contact that is close, solder it on and heat shrink over the entire contact.
  5. I'm interested to see what your results are. I have a 2006 TSX with warped rotors at 95k..no hard driving. I get a wicked vibe when applying the brakes with normal pressure when going over 65mph..particularly downhill. At 35k the rotors were replaced with OEM parts. I did some searching and it looks like this is a common problem with this car.
  6. I'm about to trade this in for likely little money so any respectable offer would be accepted. With 2 kids under 2 I really don't have much extra time to sell stuff.
  7. Before I did the loom fix, my lights would turn off completely and randomly. Turn signals would come on and stay constantly lite. FI codes like crazy. The bike was basically unuseable.
  8. Search this site. It is very easy. Basically just soldering a bunch of wires together. Pull the battery before starting or you can fry your computer.
  9. Also check out primary arms. Some nice M4 clones with very good reviews on all the gun nut sites.
  10. Studies have shown that too much warming up and stretching decreases lifts. Get your joints used to some pressure and hit the weight.
  11. Def the RR. Don't run it like this. You can smoke all of the electronics.
  12. Wow..old thread resurrection! Actually, the battery also ended up going bad. Not sure if it was caused by me shorting the harness or not. But the bike ran like shit even after the new ecu. New battery and boom..perfectly running xx.
  13. A little dielectric grease is good for connections that can see moisture.
  14. I gotta see a wiring diagram to help.
  15. $150 or interesting offers! Knives, ammo and watches get first priority. Lol
  16. Did you replace the battery yet and check terminal connections? My f4i did exactly this when a terminal was loose. My xx did this when I had a shitty battery. Most seemingly fuel problems are usually electrical.
  17. When I fire up the hids, I blip the throttle to get the voltage up..then they are fine.
  18. Interesting. Never heard this full charge before use issue discussed.
