  1. I did a very similar setup using the VarioBars with the longer Busa risers. Also had a Givi touring screen. Motion Pro made me a set of 2" longer lines and I made my own brake lines with Russell components. I did have to trim the screen in the wing area and had to grind material off the bottom of both master cylinders in order to rotate the levers to a position that felt good. Sounds like you are on the right track.
  2. Most of the body panels are ABS. Someone here mentioned shaving black ABS pipe to get the filler material and using ABS glue from Home depot, to form the paste/filler material.
  3. A cleaner method is to use, LPG or LP-gas from a small hand held torch, turn the torch gas on & fumigate it around the suspected areas if you notice an idle change, there is a leak Beat me to it.... geeesh, using wd-40 would make a mess lol! Neat freek girly mans you both are! Do you keep wet wipes next to bed on a doily for cum spots??
  4. As stated,if it is not the return spring, then vacuum leaks. You can take a can of WD40 and spray all around the carbs while the bike is running...if there is a vacuum leak, you will notice a change in idle speed when the spray is sealing the leak momentarily. Good way to find the affected area.
  5. I know you, yet I don't....still love you though
  6. I am not really making sets. I just piddle around with the lathe. If you want me to make a set, let me know.
  7. I've been waiting for you
  8. +1 I also get that range of mileage. Yours sound a little low. When did you last tuned it up(plugs, air filter)? Also try it with the PC III unplugged to see if you have a good map in it. Ditto, remove the PC and then run it for a while. I ran mine setup like yours for years with no PC and averaged 45 or so at 70 to 80
  9. Oh, your getting more than that..... Ahhhh! The corruption is now complete
  10. Thanks Porter. Another question I had was regarding the banjo bolt for the MC - It would appear that a longer one would be needed if you are adding an extra banjo up at the MC. Is that correct? If so, can you help out with what you ordered? Possibly a part number? Thanks again and sorry for the hijack everyone... I do not have the part # anymore. I delinked mine and had extra double banjo bolts left over from that and used them for the front MC. Russell may offer those as well. If not , let me know and I'll check my stash to see if there is a spare.
  11. http://www.ohlins.com/Motorcycle/Settingup...59/Default.aspx Here's some info
  12. You wouldn't happen to have a parts list would you? http://www.russellperformance.com/motorcycle/b-pro1.shtml This page shows the line itself. Click on the link to "View Fittings" for the 10mm banjo's . I bought this thru Power Sports Pro, but I have a dealer discount with them.
  13. That bad karma started when I started hanging out with you. Your not still pissed for breaking your chain tool are you? Oh hell yes, I'm still fuming It's gonna cost me at least 10.00 bucks
  14. Lay off the apple pie. (save me some) So there was powder coating on the inside of the lower and you scored the inside cleaning it out? If that is so, your slider and fork bushings may wear quicker, but your seals are sealing on the upper tube, not the area you scored. If your upper tubes have surface imperfections, that would abrade the seal and cause leaks. Try it out and see. Now go bring me a samich bitch
  15. So you are telling me that after I pulled that stop, then pics, you freakin had one Jeff has bad karma hangin around....help him out and bad shit starts happening NBL Do you still want the template?
  16. Pics sent to Stan. I pulled it off the bike and made a template and will mail that to Stan.
  17. It is not gone yet. The TiForce stop mounts on the opposite side of the bike. I'll take a pic.
  18. Perhaps you'd like me to wash your dick for you ( you little shit) Remember the movie??
  19. I called 2 bros. they do not carry them anymore. I checked Ti Forces site and could not find it either. I don't have the time to pull off the T Force one on my bike before it is picked up, to make a copy of it. I can make it, but not right now...maybe send the template to Stan and see if He has the time.
  20. Buy it Jay. You've already made love to a Goldwing seat.....take the next step
  21. Joe, I've got a few Forney specialty brazing rods for alum. if your interested. They take 750F heat to melt. Don't know if they are as good as the ones you mentioned though.
  22. Have you checked the stability on it yet? Tell me how hard you pushed when the bike fell over, I might wanna buy one if they're that cheap! I've checked the stability on the Wing and it is stable. May take a shim on both sides in the oil pan area of the bird. The centerstand area is level.
  23. I just picked up a Harbor Freight motorcycle/ATV lift. It has 2 padded arms the you slide under the centerstand pivot point and the oil pan. When you jack it up with your foot, the bike sits fairly level and can be as much as 16" above the floor. Once up there are 4 hook points that you strap the bike to. Then you can pull both wheels at once. Cost was 59.00
