  1. I'm gonna say it, that tire is cupped. it happens. The Pilot road 5's are amazing, you can even see where the compound changes near the edge, it looks like really big chicken strips.
  2. I'd probably go with 2". But check with code, some jurisdictions won't allow high and low voltage wires in the same conduit.
  3. Skittles doesn’t like anyone she tolerates their existence . True about the tuna, and lately ham.
  4. If you're looking for a place to park a KLR I can make room. Who am I kidding? It would be in your room, you'd have to share the bed with it, and a cat.
  5. So, you 've never heard of Snap-on? Some products don't need millions of dollars in marketing.
  6. try google, there are hundreds if not thousands of videos comparing hid/led/halogen headlight(s) and bulbs.
  7. Just don't because then you'll have canbus problems. Cyclops are the shit, I just wish I wasn't such a cheap bastard, because I'd buy a set.
  8. Please tell me you labeled them "butt plugs" for customs. Otherwise they might get suspicious and open the package.
  9. I used metal rescue. 2 gallons, it took the patine right off. The hardest part was plugging the big hole for the fuel pump. I ended up filtering the first gallon and partially submerging the tank in one of those Rubbermaid bins. Awkward but it worked.
  10. Keep it over 6k then, I'm just here to solve problems.
  11. I've also found a used k&n air filter. It's included in the price.
  12. I found this while rummaging through my basement. I really don't want to bother mailing it but I can send from the states NeXXt week. Even better if you're attending NeXXt. Cost is postage. If you can pick it up then it's gonna cost two adult beverages.
  13. I’ve noticed with inverted units, they’re usually quieter outside than inside. All you hear is the fan(s). Not like some of the oldies I get to work on.
  14. Damn that's a good price on a awesome product. Too bad I'd have to go through hell to get it through customs (freon) plus it's about double the capacity I need.
  15. There is no Miracle gutter, no matter what you end up buying you still need to clean them out from time to time. My dad has spent hundreds on various gutter "shields" the only thing they did was make my job harder when I'd go over to clean them out.
  16. I see you finally got it installed:
  17. Add "Master Plumber" to your ever growing list of expertize. I was going to try and re-explain why this is a bad idea, but I'll let you learn it the hard way.
  18. Just don't do it. You're planning a redundant hot water source that will only cause you grief. What's the worst that will happen if your new water heater goes tits up? A few cold showers. What's the worst that WILL happen when your old tank leaks or blows up? A flood, possibly no water at all, and sooner or later that old tank is going to have to come out. Pay a little now, or a lot later. Up here home owners /business insurance won't cover any water damage caused by an electric tank over 10 years old.
  19. I think there was an Australian guy who had something like 12” risers on his bird, something about neck issues. Apparently it never slowed him down, but that thing needs to be set on fire and its ashes scattered to the four winds.
  20. Just how trashed? I'm sure we could find a way to get this poor thing to you. With the current exchange you could probably pick it up for $1000 USD https://www.kijiji.ca/v-motorcycle-parts-accessories/calgary/clean-alberta-title-canadian-bike-2001-honda-cbr-1100-xx/1328064619?enableSearchNavigationFlag=true
  21. I'll echo what was said above. Spray in insulation (pay to have it done). Drop ceiling (a pain I the ass to install) or paint, it does a decent job. If you really want to soundproof get some roxul and stuff it in-between the joists.
  22. That looks like my ex's nighthawk 650 (1982?), from what my dealership told me was never sold stateside, which made it nearly impossible to get parts for the thing.
