Is the noise after you release the brakes or while you are applying the brakes?

I used the Dynojet and it worked great. It sounds like you have everything worked out already. There is no better way than dyno tuning.

I have cut the collector open and there is no cats in there. Didn't see any dogs either.

That's why the 97-98 are faster.

I didn't say that it wasn't fine to use 87, I just said that I have only used 93. If I put on the mileage that some of you guys do, I might try a lower grade also. Just for the record, I use 89 in the Wing and my truck.

No. I have a 97 since new. Never had anything but 93. It ran 10.42 at the track on a night with bad air. Must not be too bad for it.

How do you guys raise your forks? I can see how you can lower the front of the bike but....

All the street Dunlops that I have ever mounted have been real close to needing little to no weight to balance. They do have the dot.

The quality of avons seem to swing wildly. Some people seem to get great life and service out of them and to others, they are just crap.

That is why I never bought that brand. It makes it pretty hard to know where the lite spot is.

I just throw them away. I don't buy them, I use old underware or socks or whatever.

I have the Yosh slip-ons (not carbon) and both sides rubbed the swingarm in front of the clamp. I put washers in back of the peg hangers and it was enough that it didn't rub any more.

That filter was just nasty! I really like your helper, looks just like mine.
