  1. You mean something that looks like this? If so, it's called Mr. Hacksaw. I just used a hacksaw blade to whack off the fender, used mini turn signals but you can use the stock ones. If you take your time, it looks OK.
  2. The photos are not mine but I do have the same link. The first hole gives you a one inch drop. The second gives you 3 inches but when I tried it, the tire looked like it would hit the fender and I don't know how you would drop the front that much. It's easy to put on so you might want to put it on as is and try it. If you like it, you can do as I did and take it to a machine shop and have them install the factory bearings. Yes as stated above. To drop the front the same amount, I just slide the forks up in the triple clamps.
  3. Being how it is a Honda, I use Honda coolant. Can't go wrong that way.
  4. How about adding a manual switch to turn on the fan when entering the city?
  5. I had a 83 V-45 Saber that would do this under a hard 1-2 shift. If you held up on the shifter until the clutch was back out and you were on the gas again, it wouldn't do it.
  6. Have you ever had it down the quarter mile? I would really like to see that bike in person.
  7. Or you could try this: www.4grabit.com
  8. Pete, when did you start getting decent mileage out of a tire?
  9. Since (I'm guessing) he is talking about the bearings in the rear link, and not a high rpm bearing, would your "20% of total void" still hold true? There is very little movement VS a wheel bearing.
  10. Did you try to contact the seller?
  11. My stock cans were right but the Yosh's were too close. I spaced out the mounts to get the clearance I needed.
  12. I thought that died when Pres. Bush let the clinton gun ban die (didn't renew).
  13. So, do you all think that the straps would work? I think by the time that you got all your straps on, I could have the tire on. I have had some tough ones though.
  14. They stick great but sure don't last very long. I'm not sure but I think I got about 2,000 out of the rear (cords showing). I was thinking of putting the 21 on the rear also as the front is still good with no cupping yet.
  15. I don't know, my dyno jet kit works perfect.
  16. Your V-Max looks great! Don't listen to the dirty crowd around here. They are just lazy.
  17. It must be a Dell camera because Dell is the only thing in focus. Maybe you should have kept that Canon SD 400 that you had.
