Mine wore the same as Carlos's did, but only got 7800 some miles out of it.

Carlos, i don't know if this would help, but i got measurements from a stock XX on the sales floor and from ground to nose is 27" (underneath), and from ground to the bottom of the tail piece above the top of the tail light is 30.5" (i think that's where i measured)??????? Shit, now i can't remember where i took the rear measurement from!!!

Pete, it's probably time to get rid of your bike and give it to me. Then I can start the experimental process.

If you're doing it in a garage, just get the front of the tank in the air and let it hang from the rafters. Just raise it up enough to get your hands in there to work. I just cleaned my K&N the other week. It works fine that way.

Would the XX fork tubes fit into the F4i fork lowers???? Because i have an idea that may work. Does any body know???

If someone was to put another front end on their bike. So the linked brakes would be gone. And if you left the rear brakes the same as what is on the BB now, what would you have to do to the rear to get the brakes to function properly?? Would it just be some kind of loop? Or would you have to put another kind of master cylinder on????

If you're running mostly highway, i wouldn't run either of those tires. I would get a 010 for the front and the 020 Bridgestone for the rear. OR The Avon 45/46 combo. OR a set of matching 020's.

I run different combos and have had no problems. Just run the stickier tire up front.
