  1. Perfect! Thanks. I took a spill on my TL two week ago wearing Dunlop's; 208 front. To date I am trying to figure out what happened but in a casual right hander, the front just gave up from under me. It has maybe 400 miles on it and was not cold since I was returning from a 70 mile ride. Could have been a mix of gravel and grease but I have lost trust in Dunlops; not passing a judgement on the tire but I will not feel comfortable riding on them again. I am looking for a tire that would stick like glue regardless of the mileage and looks like the sportec would fit the bill. Thanks again.
  2. ... that is the question. I have heard very good reviews about both but leaning towards the Metzeler's. Riding style is not too agressive, 70% highway and 30% backroads. Traction and quick warmup time is the goal however a semi decent tire life is satisfactory. Please advice.
  3. MaXX, Matey... Thanks a lot.
  4. Hi MaXX, matey, I am looking to get the handy industries stands since a while. I am in a similar situation as you matey. I would ideally like something that works for my XX and TL. Could you guys tell me which stands you have with reference to the following page? http://www.handyindustries.com/standpackages.asp Since my only option with the XX without any modifications may just be a stand with rubber pads (as specified on the page), I wonder if these would work on the TL as well. Sorry to use your thread for a specific question Jim. Thanks, Navin.
  5. Stock setting is lean as is on the carb models. Jetting is recommended with slipons or a full system for better performance. I just felt that since I was not going to jet the bike, an aftermarket exhaust remains basically for a different sound Therefore I decided to stick with stock.
  6. I have my almost new Erion's for sale if ur interested. link to ad
