It was 85 today. FYI. But it will be down to 60 early in the morning, and hence the heater.

Got it yet? Review? Definitely. IR heats things, resistive heats air. Which wavelength of IR also makes a difference. A heat pump with a banjo.

Yesterday someone blasted me for not including a "trigger warning" (SRSLY) on a post where I said that my primary weight loss happened before tirzepatide, purely by diet change and choices. Apparently, and I'm trying my best to understand the level of retard here, someone may be psychologically triggered by the idea that some other person made a choice to not eat trash. Fuck you. If it's true, so be it, deal with it. Also, congratulations on achieving your goals!

Do you think it matters?

I can test it, just send me a piece of brain. Around a gram should do it.

Every type of magnesium is different (absorption, and results). If you really want to improve things, do a variety of them. I've been using these. https://amazon.com/dp/B09DM4YQJM https://amazon.com/dp/B0DH23CS1J

There are a number of genetic factors that can raise your "bad" cholesterol levels, and so far, nothing could be done about it. Certainly many cholesterol issues are based on diet and life choices, but not all. I have a mutation in the APOB gene, (p.Arg3527Gln or R3527Q), which alters an amino acid in ApoB-100, reducing its ability to bind to LDL receptors and resulting in reduced clearance of LDL from the bloodstream, and leading to elevated LDL cholesterol and ApoB levels. This won't help me, but is a big step for a lot of people. https://www.perplexity.ai/page/crispr-therapy-cuts-cholestero-iOpEJ1OXQp2t_Rdt79V1HA#f7b79cea-2cc9-4f72-b4a5-e47ed40a0193 A single infusion of an experimental gene-editing treatment reduced "bad" cholesterol and triglycerides by approximately 50% in patients with treatment-resistant lipid disorders, researchers announced Saturday at the American Heart Association's Scientific Sessions in New Orleans.

I think I'll pick it up when we get back from Vegas. Seems ideal, other than having to find a place to put/use it.

Shit, didn't think to include it, Sam's Club. In person and online. If you don't have an account I can always order it to ship to you. According to the AI dissection of the specs, it has both a body heater and an upward/radiating portion, with separate controls. My only hesitation is space and what to do with the ottoman we have there now. I think even on low this will be HOT, so have to find the place/space for it.

Promising. The price is $100 lower than Amazon and $150 off list. The Ninja™ Fireside360 is a new outdoor heater and propane fire pit that features 360-degree, head-to-toe warmth and smokeless flames, controlled independently via two dials for customizable ambiance and heat. It is primarily marketed as a premium, all-in-one solution for outdoor warmth and social gatherings, designed to be far more efficient and versatile than traditional tower heaters or wood-burning fire pits. Key Features 360° Heat Distribution: The unit delivers up to 80,000 BTU output, warming users from shins to chin, not just up top like a patio heater. Smokeless Flame: Uses propane for a smokeless flame experience, making outdoor gatherings cleaner and easier to manage with no ash to clean up. Dual Controls: You can use flame only, heat only, or both together, with independent dials to adjust for personalized comfort. Easy Setup: The system comes with Ninja ceramic rocks, simple battery ignition, and easy connection for standard propane tanks. Start-up and shut-down are designed for safety and convenience, with no fuss or mess. Portability: Pick up and reposition the unit easily via the emitter guard. Outdoor Use Only: Designed exclusively for outdoor operation due to safety concerns—should not be used indoors. Stress-Tested: Engineered for durability, withstanding weather and environmental conditions. Pricing and Availability Base models retail for approximately $399 at Sam's Club and $499.99 at Ninja's website, with bundle options at higher prices. Use Case Highlights Excellent for areas with burn bans—provides heat without open embers or smoke, suitable for arid and wildfire-prone regions. Heats up very effectively with fast startup, but with high BTU output, propane usage may be substantial at high settings. Not suitable for indoor spaces or enclosed patios due to safety risks. Summary Table Feature Description Heat Output Up to 80,000 BTU Modes Flame only, heat only, or flame + heat Fuel Propane (standard tank) Operation Dual independent dials, battery ignition Price $399–$499.99+ depending on bundles Portability Emitter guard for easy moving Intended Use Outdoor only For homeowners seeking efficient, smokeless outdoor heat with flexible control, the Ninja™ Fireside360 stands out as a high-end, user-friendly solution.

I went from the Jeep SUVs to a truck, and glad to be out of the SUVs. Too many limitations. Basically it's just a car, but with more problems. Then the sedan, which didn't have the SUV shittiness, but the limitations of a car. So back to a truck. -
Hitler had an easier way to remove a race, I heard.

It made the color deeper and richer. I can't say yet whether it keeps dirt off, but the color got better. I think it will work with any color or even black/gray/white. I don't understand SUVs, like not even a little bit. Worst of everything to me. The R2 is definitely in demand and I wouldn't take a free one. -

TrumpRX negotiated drug prices for GLP-1 drugs

Yeah, that's the lying I was talking about. Aside from all the other weasel language in everything. -

It looks great. We spent a lot of time using my 3D printed parts to hold next to the wrap samples. The badges really pull it together. I need to edit and post the post-badge video. The yellow background on them really looks great with the calipers and wrap. Preview. I don't have any pics in the sun to show them with the other colors in the wrap. -
TrumpRX negotiated drug prices for GLP-1 drugs
SwampNut replied to 02XXCA's topic in Diet & health exchange
Holy fuck, I haven't seen him try to talk in a few years. Makes Biden look coherent. Anyway, I can't find the actual cost results for the desirable GLP-1 injections. Have you? Everything is "as low as" and "used to cost as much as." So...lies. -
The article doesn't say what you appear to think it says. Hard to know since you didn't say anything, but the post here implies it. Nobody actually knows the drugs covered or the prices, that I can find. Also it's primarily for medicaid/medicare, so I guess his fat trailer park voters on welfare WILL see a benefit. The rest of us, maybe?

I don't yet know which group I'm in. I'll get a package shortly with one, two, or three devices. Control group, where I get a measurement device and report in, but no real help. A sound-based autonomic nervous system stimulator called Sonocea. The Truvaga vagus nerve stimulator. Or both, which obviously, I hope for. Whichever thing I get, it's coming by FedEx, so that means who the fuck knows when it will arrive. Today? Tomorrow? A month from now?

That is one of them, maybe not the best, depends on the need and overall application. I've used it on water-based radio control models like seaplanes, but for a circuit board I'd probably use one of the conformal coatings.

Yes but there are other products intended for this which are better.
