    INVISIGUARD

Anyone tried this product before? http://cgi.ebay.ca/CBR1100XX-Blackbird-Inv...1QQcmdZViewItem
  2. YEEEEEE HAWWWWWW here we go..................... - If you have lots of money run.......... M-1 or M-3's F/R - If you don't have lots of money run... M-1/M-3 Fnt/ M-6 Rear.
  3. Thanks CBRXXQUAD. I'll check those 2 things first, and let everyone know what I find out. So what did you find out?
  4. No......never.........ever ever......
  5. Thanks as well from me. Untill I read his explanation on the differences in Dyno's....I just assumed that the Dyno-Jet was the way to go. I may have to take another look at what method/dyno I am going to use to get my bird tuned.....
  6. Buddy and I bought an H7 kit for a car. They are 5700's. We split the pair, and to make a long story short, it cost me 120CAD (90USD) to install a HID on each bird. They had the seperate balasts, the wires were a little long so we cut them down by about 4", and installed the igniters on the flat black plastic piece below the headlights on the nose of the bird.....so far so good.
  7. OK, how about the bolt where the kickstand attaches to the bike? Is the hole rounded, or is the shoulder of the bolt where the KS rides worn out..... I had one a few years back, same thing. I changed out the shouldered thru bolt and the KS tightened right up again. Just my .02
  8. +1 Me too But oh......the suspense
  9. I ran Mobile1 in my xx for years, I switched to Amsoil because I get dealer pricing, but, if I stopped using Amsoil I would use Mobile1 again in a heart beat
  10. Has this gone anywhere yet?
  11. No, I haven't............................but I'd be more worried where the missing blades went !!!!!!!!!!! Were the remaining blades rusty or damaged?? They were lying loose in the pump housing... the pump rotates freely, just the seal failed due to chunks of metal scratching against it (assuming again because there are score marks around the seal area) - if the seal hadn't been damaged I may never have noticed, I guess. A new waterpump is quoted by the local Honda stealership at US$480 - how close is this to reality in the USA or UK? We get assraped by the manufacturers in South Africa as far as spares costs go. Might consider bringing one in if the costs are gonna be worthwhile. E bay E bay E bay..................
  12. +1 put the new one's on and forget about it....
  13. Just popped in an APE 2 weeks ago. So here's my advice.... The stock unit blows dead goats, but, they are cheap and easy to install. The Ape units will last the life of the bike, are cheap, easy to install, but are hell to initially adjust.(if anyone tells you different their fucking lying to ya, or don't give a fuck if it's adj correctly , or don't have a clue what their talking about) Up to you
  14. I have seen a few small engines that the factory uses different sized carbs on them to change the horse power output. When I worked in the Marine business ,that was the case on a few of the Evinrude and Mercury outboard motors. Seen it on lawn equipment as well. Check out the next model up, maybe a simple carb swap will next you a horse or two ... :icon_think:
