XXitanium
I broke the threaded shaft that turns inside the blade. Probably just put in a new threaded piece and good to go? I had to shut off the water. I broke the 35+ year old shut-off at the dish washer. Then the 35+ year old main broke.

XXitanium
Slapped the packing nut back on. Now we can live comfortably till I fix it or the plumber comes.

XXitanium
The last time I had my buddy over to do some Plumbing work for me I asked him how much the bill would be he said "I don't know that's not my department." I never got a bill for that one, but it did buy him a bottle of Crown which I handed it to him today. I asked him if there would be a bill for today, he said the same thing. So I'll probably end up buying another bottle of Crown. Clarity Dammit.

XXitanium
Yeah, apparently some jurisdictions/Proffessionals don't allow them. On 4/6/2020 at 8:38 PM, blackhawkxx said: What is that, some kind of crimp on fittings?
OMG
The cats pajamas of copper. Expensive tools to make them work, but they do work well.
