The Krypt Keeper
To prevent the fast blinking effect on the LED bulbs when converting over people would buy a plug and play from clearalternatives or put an inline diode into the wiring to prevent this... well its been a few yrs later and wondering if things have gotten easier? Saw this on Amazon, http://www.amazon.com/Signal-Flasher-Blinker-Motorcycle-Indicator/dp/B00CMO3V0S/ref=lh_ni_t?ie=UTF8&psc=1&smid=A1CSCZ8CRWX2GH simple effective relay Can you use this to solve it? little wiring not an issue just looking for clean easy install Looking to add some LED turn signals front and back as they are all 13yrs old with bulbs they came with. The Krypt Keeper
The one I found on amazon the relay you're talking about correct? I tried to find clear alternatives and seems they are no longer..
xrated
Check these out.... I've used them in a couple different bikes over the years. The last one was for my FZ09. Install took about 2 minutes. http://www.customled.com/collections/electronic-led-flasher-relays#elfr1
TuffguyF4i
Yes. Look at the relay in the bike now and buy the same type. No need to keep the old relay and add a big resistor for no reason. Personally, I like the super quick flashing. More blinks = more attention. JoWhee
I can't remember where I got my relay, but it looks like the ones posted above. The problem I've noticed with the fast flashing is they don't seem to flash as brightly, don't go with inline resistors it's not worth the hassle. If you want more attention, hyperlites has some nice stuff.

superhawk996
The problem I've noticed with the fast flashing is they don't seem to flash as brightly And it's illegal, the flash speed is dictated...and you look like a moron who can't/won't make his lights work properly.
