superhawk996 Posted December 19, 2013 Share Posted December 19, 2013 Not all late models have CAN as far as I know, and it's not all that late either. My old scanner wouldn't work on CAN vehicles and couldn't be updated so I had to buy a new one. First one I ran into was a '07 F-150 I believe, but it worked on later stuff without CAN.
