Zero Knievel
My truck is old enough that I don't want to spend the $$$ to fix the A/C. The only problem this poses is how to keep the windshield defogged in warm months when it rains. I could run full bore heat on defrost, but then I might die of heat stroke. This is the only way I figure the A/C is worth fixing, and it hardly seems worth it.
Furbird
I used Rain-X anti-fog in my old VW Beetle. I'm sure any of the motorcycle anti-fog shield products would work as well.
blackhawkxx
Suggestions? Maybe put this in the garage instead of sales.

Zero Knievel
I'm looking for a nice beater for junior. I saw an ad on CL tat mentioned complete replacement of AC. Google-fu...? http://www.oldairproducts.com/catalog/ I'm sure for what that would cost, I could fix my existing system. I just don't want to spend $600 bucks on a truck with almost 200K when I'm looking at acquiring a new(er) vehicle anyhow. $600 to keep it running sound, yes. $600 for a creature comfort, no. And, yes, I realized this is in the wrong forum when I couldn't find my posting in the Garage.
