Keith
I have two 256 MB DDR memory sticks that I took out of my wife's PC during a memory upgrade. I'm not sure of the speed, but this is the part number; you should be able to get all the information with it: MT8VDDT3264AG-40BG5 PC3200U-30331-Z I doubt that these would be useful to anyone, but if someone can use them, they are yours for the cost of shipping. JLMK.
OrganDonor
Will this fit in my Blackberry?
Keith
Will this fit in my Blackberry? Probably not. They are DIMMs; I expect your Blackberry takes SODIMs or smaller.

Zero Knievel
Save it for the apocalypse. I have an old 386 PC in the basement...just in case. It'll be worth it's weight in gold after the EMPs go off.

This is in my basement, but they won't fit either 20 TB server and a big OUCH it any EMP goes off.
