sr71cbr1100xx
Hi Guys: Wondering if anyone can recommend a good motorcyle mechanic that has reasonable rates and does good work in the Seattle / Woodinville/ Bellevue Area in WA. I do my own oil changes but will need to do the Chain in another 5K as I have 15K right now. Also is replacing the chain and sprockets and flushing all fluids a do-able DIY for some one with good mechanical ability or is it something I should stay away from and let the "pros" do it? Thanks Scott

Thanks Scott I would recommend Gevasi's in Everett: http://www.gervasismotorsports.com/ I wouldn't call their rates reasonable, but I would trust them with my bike, uhhh... if I had to. They are in a new shop now and Rick has a very good reputation. They do charge about what other shop's do but are very fair on hour estimates. I had them adjust the valves on my Interceptor and it cost $370. Flushing fluids isn't difficult, and changing a chain just takes the right tools. If you use a rivet link chain, you will need a rivet link tool.
