  1. If you are interested in this bike, give me a call: 864-3fourfour-3407 South Carolina
  2. 20k Completely Stock Always Garaged Never Wrecked No Burn Outs No Hooliganism Mature Rider Meticulously Maintained Fresh Tires See Attachments 4k or best offer
  3. I'm using the comparable Pure One. It is a little longer than stock, but fits fine otherwise!
  4. They actually just tested this on Mythbusters. It actually made the car get WORSE gas mileage and less power!
  5. DO you squeeze the loobman while you ride?
  6. Forget his name, but there is a great guy in Mountlake Terrace. I would recommend Gevasi's in Everett: http://www.gervasismotorsports.com/ I wouldn't call their rates reasonable, but I would trust them with my bike, uhhh... if I had to. They are in a new shop now and Rick has a very good reputation. They do charge about what other shop's do but are very fair on hour estimates. I had them adjust the valves on my Interceptor and it cost $370. Flushing fluids isn't difficult, and changing a chain just takes the right tools. If you use a rivet link chain, you will need a rivet link tool.
  7. This diet rocks. I'm pulling up jeans 4 inches smaller at the waist!
  8. For years my blood pressure has been "borderline," what doctors now call pre-hypertension. This is 130-140 over 80-90. More than 140/90 is Stage I hypertension. I am only in my second week of induction, and was very surprised at my new BP readings. My systolic, the big number, has dropped more than 10 points. My diastolic has dropped nearly as much. I am now normotensive!!! This diet works wonders! I just found that Dr. Eades (Protein Power) talks about this effect. Supposedly, insulin causes your kidneys to retain too much salt, which means too much fluid, which means high blood pressure. What has your BP done?
  9. I recommend getting the book to start with. It is called The South Beach Diet and is written by a cardiologist. The focus is on a low carb diet that is heart healthy. http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/ASIN/157...9823555-0093459 http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/ASIN/157...9823555-0093459
  10. Green tea is better than some others. I wouldn't say TONS. Drink (12 oz unless specified) /Caffeine in mg Drip Coffee (8 oz.) 115-175 Red Bull 80 Jolt 71.2 Mountain Dew 55 Diet Coke 45.6 Tea Brewed (US ave in 8 oz) 40 Pepsi 37.5 Coke 34 Tea, Green (8oz) 15
  11. I prefer the Mealworm Fried Rice. http://www.ent.iastate.edu/misc/insectsasf.../friedrice.html I had a prof in college who promoted insect recipes. He served us cookies made from a special flour. The "flour"' is made from blended, dried honey bees. People didn't think anything of it, and he couldn't get a rise out of the students. So he started laying some wings and legs on the top. That did it!
  12. I've found a GREAT diet and nutrition program. You enter in your foods and it breaks it down into carbs, fat, protein, all the nutrients, graphs, etc. It does SO much more, and is the best software of its kind I've ever found. Check it out at http://www.dietpower.com/welcome.htm Let me know if you think you will get the program.
  13. Carlos, Do you always use Stevia instead of Splenda or NutraSweet?
