Don't know if it's a glitch, but I just ordered Pilot Roads for $206 DELIVERED!

When you get to shipping it has 10 CENTS for UPS ground!

I ordered! If they dispute it I'll fight it!

Shows up for ALL tires this way!

HURRY! DON'T KNOW HOW LONG IT WILL LAST!

AND YES, I'M A CHEAP PENNYLESS BASTARD!

Well they called me. I wish I got his name.

He says: Our web site made a mistake I need to charge your card another 26 dollars.

I say: it's a done deal, I have a repply e-mail from you. I want the tires at that price.

He says: I can cancel the order or charge you the extra, What do you want to do?

I say: I want the tires at the price they were sold at.

He says: sue me, and hangs up!

I geuss this is why they do business online , they can't do it face to face and stay in business.

well... that's one place I'm not EVER shopping... and will tell everybody I know not to shop there as well... It'd be one thing if you had hundreds of fuckups, or if they were quoted as $10 or something, but damn... I think they'll be fucked out of more than $20 for not manning up and going with what they quoted... In... well... every other business, if you go back on a quote, that BAD JuJu...

Another list I read said send them a fax after hours.

BLACK paper, long enough for you to tape the ends together to make a continuous loop.

Call daily.

ANother idea is to fax the customer service manager or phone line. Nothing answers hello like a fax tone..........

Use redial/polling option.

just some things I read.......................

That does work well for the vindictive sort !

Don't ask

I USED to prefer writing a message in wide tip Black marker to them and making the loop. A creative message that gets to the point
