I don't believe there is one pill out there to solve anybody's weight problems, unless they have something physically wrong with them as diagnosed by a doctor. The individual needs to be in the proper frame of mind, then attack the problem with a plan. Proper diet, and self control, as well as elevated activity level. Don't buy the gimmicks, Dave. Seriously does it even remotely work?
