EVLXX
Please don't buy your filter from Wal-Mart... I hate Fram Filters..... go to Napa Auto parts.
demon
What car does this reference to? I've heard that an RX-7 filter is the same as the bird filters.

Squirtster
DUDE!!!! I just saved enough money on one filter to buy a 12 pack!!! Hey, that's a free 12 pack every 3000 miles, let's get riding!!!!
SwampNut
I hate Fram Filters.... Wal-mart sells the Purolator One filter re-marked as their own. The P1 is widely considered the best filter on the market. I've seen the comparison pics from a third party; very impressive. The 1991 RX-7 uses the same filter. This is how I found out; I put the XX filter on my RX-7, and noticed later.
Pete in PA
The Wal mart filter is mfg. by Champion laboratories just like the Mobil 1 and Bosh filters. That doesn't mean it comes off the same line and is just renamed for Wal Mart. Yuassa/Exide in Reading PA makes several diff. brand of batteries in the same plant but they are all of varying quality. Spend $2 more and get the Purolator Pure One part # PL14612 Purolator has changed their #'s. This one is on my bike now. Look here to read it yourself. http://www.yft.org/tex_vfr/tech/oilfilter.htm
