In deep shit

Hello Honda riders

 

Please help if you can, I have an Honda  Blackbird 1998, last carburettor model. It's driven only 40.000km and otherwice in wery good condition.

My problem is that after ultrawash of the carbs I node's that the rubber on top of the carbs are in bad shape, have to buy new ones (4).

There sparepart number are 16111MAT000. No body have them in stock and " don't deliver them any more ".

Tryed every where in Europe.

 

Can you help me?

 He is talking about rubber thingy attached to slides in the carb. So called membrane.  Rubber leaks- won't hold vacuum- no go. There is no effing way to "renew it" with alcohol and winter green. Lol. Thanks for the laugh. 

 

It looks like chinesum versions are available on ebay. They are cheap too. Buy 20 of those.
