Need to know if the front axle from a 2000 Bird will fit a 2003 Bird. Anyone? Need to know ASAP. Thanks

I did the same thing. I filled mine to the bottom of the neck, went for a couple rides and when i parked i had coolant coming out the overflow hose. Took it to Honda dealer to check before my trip to WV next week. They said it can't be filled higher than the cold line when cold or it will push coolant out. Has been running fine and no more coolant leaks so far.

Does anyone have Continental Road Attack tires on their Bird or used them in the past? I found front and rear for $200 shipping included. Just wondering if it is a decent tire for the Bird and what kind of mileage to expect. I do mostly 2 up riding but like to go solo when i can sneak away. Any help would be great.

Wires on harness side of plug should be black/brown (+) and green/black (-). Sensor side of connector should be pink (+) and green/black (-).

Looks like it is behind the battery, the relay closest to the left side under the fuse box. Tough to tell from the picture in the manual.

It looks like power for high beams comes from the headlight relay. I see nothing else on the circuit with the high beams. Sounds like you have a dead short in the wiring somewhere.

All the sockets were just old, rusty and did not have the flank drive on them. Swapped them no charge.

I turned in a complete set of 3/8 drive sockets that were about 20 years old and they gave me a brand new set for free. They will fix or replace anything for life.

I bought a set of used c5 ovals, i can never get the right one to stay straight. I have reset it many times, always ends up off a little. Really doesn't bother me much. Buddies always picking on me about it but i tell them if the had a real bike they might not always be behind me to notice it.

What do you recommend for rear shock upgrade? I have seen some people changing a different Honda rear shock but don't remember which model bike they used one from.
