with your gloves on too! I just put some on and just went with the minimum tolerance with my winter gloves. Are yours nickel plated or the powder coat type? when i bought mine, there were only a few nickel plated types left...

The collector on the 4-2-1 Micron system butts up against the corner of the back part of the lower fairing, so you need to be very careful how you fit the heat shielding supplied with the system. I bought the DEI exhaust wrap since I didn't place the heat shield very well and melted the corner of the fairing. I'll post some pics to show and maybe a sound clip later.
