  1. Scotts Damper with a BRG mount.
  2. love the scheme with the exception of the belly panel. Not a big fan of white on the bottom.... even on my bike thats all white I had a hard time not painting it black or something on the bottom.
  3. that very brace was one of the differences between the old GSXR 600 and 1000. I would imagine due to motor power and torque of the frame without it you could cause some serious/fatal damage to the frame.
  4. There are two positions of the back rest, if one set lower wife cant grab rear rail and back rest is in butt/low back vice low/mid back
  5. You can get headlight and color matched delkevic upper and lower fairings on ebay SUPER cheap. Recommend NEW fairing stay as you wont have to worry about it being bent. Ive got a spare set of mirror housings painted white...... but not tooo much else unless you want to do a RC51 convert, I got an entire front end for that!
  6. I would strongly advise against it. Sure you can do it and yes master links should be as strong as a regular link but is it worth spitting the chain out at speed and damaging your bike or worse a car behind you? I have seen water pumps, clutch slave cylinders and more torn off when a chain lets go...
  7. well for someone that has all the spare parts lying around and is in cali chasing down a title is easy. just throwing it out there they guy already dropped from 1500 to 1000 in 1 week.
  8. Not painted yet but here it is on the bike minus the beetle bags!
  9. I know back in the day two brothers offered a single exhaust. the left side collector had a plug to install and the right side became the exit. This was also an option on the CBR1000F. If it is a stock header they could have used the plug. Look down under the bike and see if there is a plugged left hand pipe.
  10. Send it to Dan Kyle or someone that services them to change out the spring. Then bring bike to shop and get sag set.
  11. See now that is just DEAD sexy. Before I bought my 09 Repsol 1000rr I thought about making my XX either repsol or the fluorescent yellow nastro azuro edition replica... but yeah.
  12. Orange is way off, kinda bland looking if you ask me besides I hate that bike shop. They are arrogant pricks.
  13. I bought mine from ebay for cheap. Keep an eye out there I paid 30 shipped.
  14. Steve, Items been paid for, for a week now. Ive sent you a couple emails with no response. When can I expect that you will ship me this? Please tell me you didnt scam me. Chad
  15. Steve, I see the pictures no on the post. Send me email bearc@lha5.navy.mil and we can go from there. Ill take it.
  16. I dont see a pic, might be blocked... can you email to bearc@lha5.navy.mil
  17. IS this the back rest, and the glovebox, or just the glove box? I have seen these go on ebay pretty cheap... but I want one for my XX.
  18. I have the Delkevic headers on my XX and love them because they allowed me to keep 2 mufflers which keeps the bike balanced. Even though they claim to be stock replacements and have no performance gains (so was the case when I bought them for 220 bucks a few years back) after the dyno tuning I gained near 15hp over stock.
  19. I have Dan Moto GP exhaust on my CBR1000RR. There are numerous videos on youtube with dan moto exhaust so you can hear it, mine is the repsol. I was going to replace the Two Brothers M5 VALE CF Cans on my XX to the Dan moto gp cans when I return from deployment. Its a sweet sounding exhaust deep not ratty! Love em. was going to stock some because DanDan told me most americans are afraid to buy because of being in china but then I ended up deploying, plan to stock and sell some when I get back. when you buy from him tell him Chad aka cbr_bear sent you and to take care of you!
  20. Just a FYI cb1300 forks work with CBR1100XX triple clamp and the GSXR 6 pot calipers are direct bolt on! When you make the rear kit let me know I would like one!
