I have a brand new never installed hose kit if anyone is looking. New this cost me over 500 partially because of the urban camo and because it has the full stainless hoses. Im asking 250 bucks which is less than you can get a new plain color. Chad

Ohlins suspension!

Two week update! First I want to thank everyone for the wishes, prayers, thoughts and other positive support. DR says I am way ahead of his patients with regard to recovery. Says continue taking it easy and doing what ive been doing because everything looks great. I had a few scares a few days after surgery that questioned my path but things are slowly going back to where I cant ever remember being this great. Yesterday I was skipped taking my meds in the late afternoon but took them when I got home then had a good nights sleep and woke up without any pain or tightness. Hoping soon I can be med free and also pain free!!!

Thanks everyone... first day slowly sciatic pain working back now day 3 im in constant sciatic pain UGH WTF hope its just due to things being swollen and nothing worse...

I saw. And after riding the bird hard all weekend I'm thinking about your forks again. But to be honest, I don't like the look of Dymags. Especially on my blue XX. I'm thinking Galespeed or Carrozzeria Tri's in polish/chrome. I hear what your saying but something as simple as changing the yellow dymag decals to blue to match the bike color or some rim lip decals could really set them off to look nice with the bike. Im home recovering from surgery and the wife can ship so let me know!

Sorry I didnt respond sooner at home recovering from surgery. Bike had just over 17K miles, I bought the bike with 6800 miles, sometime between there I got the rotors new so at MOST 10K miles. THey are awesome rotors as many know hard to find any good aftermarket rotors for the 97/98.

I'm not 100% on the offset of fi rotors to carb rotors and wheel hub width which would cause axle shoulder and spacer differences causing front wheel and rotor misalignment. I'm sure anyone would want to know 100% before purchasing and as I'm not out for the money I don't want to sell them without ensuring they will indeed work. Already understand the front fender and calipers go with the forks just not sure of the rest ie axle wheel rotors.

Yes biggest reason is that I'm going electric second biggest reason is the back surgery which may even prevent me from going electric. On a side note this is not an open invitation to just come ass rape my garage so don't give me rediculous offers because I want stuff gone. It's not a buy one get one sale or anything like that. I definitely don't need the money that doesn't mean I'm not flexible on price but if u think I'm going to take half of the half I'm already listing the parts at your just well u get the point.

So the verdict is in... May 16th im having back surgery. Looks like I need 1 if not 2 dics replaced... recovery is going to be slow and annoying upwards of a year of physical therapy. Id really like to have the bike gone before the surgery so I dont have to deal with it afterwards. I have left, forks, brake and clutch complete component set ups, frame, carbon fiber parts, and a few various other parts. Not wanting to GIVE stuff away but this is killing me seeing 2 of my 3 bikes stripped of body work, engines, and other vital organs gone.

racer212- considering the last two pair and only two pair ive ever seen for sale both sold for 3200 and 3600 on ebay used I think the price is fair. These are actually CB1300 forks and im sure if I threw them on that forum or ebay id fetch that price. I do have some wiggle room if you were purchasing a few things which you would need in order to use these forks on your XX like front brake set up and front fender.
