  1. Just to be safe, check the connector between the regulator/rectifier and the stator. They are know to corrode. It is the white one under the black plastic bonnet.
  2. Come on boys and girls. The snow is about to fly.
  3. Check your tool pouch strap for proper tension. Headlight fluid (if running HIDs that is). Air pressure in rear shock. Check voltage at the rear accessory outlet.
  4. I got mine from my dealership. They cut it against my existing key on the spot. It was around $5 I think.
  5. Meguiars and Mothers both have good wheel cleaning products. There is also the ball and cone attachments that go on the end of a drill to make the process easier. They are made out of foam with slits to get into the tight spots.
  6. Are you running a Power Commander? If so, have you tried dismounting it?

    CCT Install

Nope. Just check that the old gasket came off clean.
  8. 760 views. Someone has to be interested. Talk to me people.
  9. Good choice on tires from everything I have read also. It is such a great feeling to have your bike running like it is supposed to. Now you see why everyone is yelling for Honda to keep up with the pack. If they could update a bike that was that great 10 years ago.
  10. Good luck to ya bro! I can't seem to sell a XX on a XX board!!!! This economy sucks.
  11. Damn man, get some organization in that garage. Sheeeesh.......
  12. Thanks for the bump my friend. And I just dropped the price a bit.
  13. My 99 did the same thing. I had a thread with pics showing how bad it was. I cut, splices, and soldered also.
  14. Now that is an offer that made me do a double take. Especially from this board.
  15. I could let you borrow mine for bike night. Id hate to see another bike stolen.
  16. She is one sexy lady Tim. How about you buy her from me and I will store her for your visits to Detroit. You will need an escape vehicle won't you?
  17. The time has come. The only reason I am selling her is I need the money for upcoming expenses. 58,xxx miles. New factory Honda body panels include; Nose cone, left and right mirror assemblies, left lower panel, tail cowl, stator cover(not really a body panel). New Zero Gravity double bubble windscreen. The new panels are courtesy of State Farm and some idiots that decided to shove it into the back of a stolen mini-van earlier in the year. There was no structural damage, just body panels. It has 1.0kg front springs installed. Comes with the stock front springs. Rear suspension is stock. Power commander II, not installed. K&N filter, not installed. Decided to use stock type filters. Black Heli bars. Stock bars included. Engine Ice coolant. High pressure fuel regulator from Turbo City. Michelin Pilot Road 2 front and rear installed last year. Tread is still better than 60% I'd guess. Factory Honda rear bearings (3), o-ring, dust seals just installed. EBC HH pads front and rear. Should be good the rest of this season. HID Low Beam There is a small scuff on the front fender that is not that noticeable from the van stuffing. The right lower has some rash from the original owner raping the dragon. The tail box and rack do NOT come with it. The rack is on a long term loan from another member that would like it back. Asking $3500
