The last time I had my buddy over to do some Plumbing work for me I asked him how much the bill would be he said "I don't know that's not my department." I never got a bill for that one, but it did buy him a bottle of Crown which I handed it to him today. I asked him if there would be a bill for today, he said the same thing. So I'll probably end up buying another bottle of Crown. Clarity Dammit.

$12,800 ‐ two years ago - I doubt that's what it actually. went for, but that was asking. Bad bondo and a ton of structural rust. The pictures don't do it justice.

Slapped the packing nut back on. Now we can live comfortably till I fix it or the plumber comes.

Threads by the packing might be striped too.

I broke the threaded shaft that turns inside the blade. Probably just put in a new threaded piece and good to go? I had to shut off the water. I broke the 35+ year old shut-off at the dish washer. Then the 35+ year old main broke.

A good box sells for $1,500 with very little resistance. The tail gate in very good condition is at least $400. ...I'd still have most of the truck left.. .

The die should be adjustable for the length. Mine are. If you're not getting the case in far enough, you may not be "swaging" the diameter of the body down to the new diameter. What brand are the dies?

Sorry, missed that. How far off for the rest of the case dimensions? Although at that price I suppose it would make sense to just buy the right one.
