  1. When that happened on my bike - it was my stator. I bought a new battery and rode home with the headlight unplugged. How many miles total have you put on since you replaced it?
  2. Does it fit-up to this?: http://www.giviusa.com/my-motorcycle/honda/cbr1100xx-97-03/y158-wingrack-fitting-kit-detail
  3. Not for me. I keep 4 people in cell phones. And they treat them like hammers.
  4. I got my kid a 5S for Christmas - spotless for $180, $20 more for a life-proof case.
  5. I see aftermarket pipes and that hand-heel-rest cruise control. Those always looked intriguing. Any other special bits?
  6. We've got the modular, full face, hinged helmets. Would that work?
  7. ...and it's a peach too!
  8. ...wife's wondering how those mount/or do they just "wear" inside somehow?
  9. ...bump T100 I got junior has run into problems, Montana van past it's useful life, My F250 may turn into junior's new summer ride to Indiana. There might be a small window of opportunity if it's still available.
  10. C130 load of awesome response.
  11. Wow, if those were in Wisconsin they'd both have multiple rust holes big enough you could chase raccoons though. I don't remember the last Chevette I saw.
  12. http://www.goodyear.com/email/faq/mounting.html#q7 ...which disagrees with what I recall. I thought a friend of mine wrecked a whole set mounting them in reverse.
  13. http://www.cycleworld.com/2011/11/21/yamaha-fjr1300-best-used-bikes/ My friend is taller than 6'-2" FWIW. I forwarded the info. I said I thought it was comparable to a ST1300 sit-wise. ...came back for the price as it was in a different post. I'm passing forward = $7100 ...probably a 34+ inseam...
  14. I have a friend who's looking - he's thinking Goldwing - he has a monster case of spring fever. We go to lunch most days and talk bikes, music, politics, etc. How different do these sit from a 'wing please?
  15. 2000 model year - about the same miles. I have a similar thing going on.
  16. You might also consider a "wanted" ad in the For sale/wanted section. These guys are amazing.
  17. PM sent. I can come close on one, and do better on another. not saying which on a public forum.
  18. Oh boy, I'm old and out-of-touch. It's "a thing". http://www.gifbin.com/984317 http://www.amazon.com/Sloth-Hammock-Mens-Zipper-Hoodie/dp/B00PYN45K4 http://vk.com/doc22591525_199467125?hash=6517db96aa63510681&dl=a5ad7cabfc3807b561 I was just trying to have some fun with it. I knew I had an older program. I was legitamately surprised that you had it done that fast with the original picture though. Thanks again.
  19. Ohh! Kick me again! I worked on it for like an hour and had crappy results. Ha! Now I owe you two beers. It was easy to download earlier from the first one through photobucket, thanks for the second try though.
  20. It was wadded up in one of my kids pockets. The picture is rough because it was folded and carried around a long time. ...so, yeah, it's the picture I want - with the patina. Beautiful job Bill. I hadn't considered leaving his face blocked in like that. How long in terms of beer did it take? half-a-beer, a whole one , more? Better than I hoped for. Mike, Part of the problem - I'm running the wrong program - PowerPoint 2003, not Publisher 2015 or whatever. AND I have almost NO experience with this type of document. The text is text above and selectable BTW How absolutely crazy do you think the whole sloth meme is? -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- OK, someone actually performed some magic. ...you went and found the original picture? Holy slow process Batman. It's better - no one else would get the patina.
  21. I have this picture and a piece of text I'd like to lay over it - and have the text still readable. I took a shot at it. Publishing isn't my bailiwick. It's kind of a dichotomy. A sloth doing his best, is still a sloth. Somehow this one got himself into a hammock and got his picture taken. ....anyone have mad Publisher skilz?
  22. Yours probably isn't even too rusty.
