I would say it all depends on your riding. If it's only between those two tires get the Roads. If not get the Avon 45/46 combo. I have 1318 miles on the 45/46 combo and there are no signs of cupping or weird tread issues.

Pete, cut the grip up to the lip. You only have to back the grip off ever so slightly. Then when you're done cut a piece of plastic to fit inbetween the bar end and grip so it moves smoothly, so you don't get no hang up. Also safty wire the grips on in the spaces allowed.

The last 4 tanks, since the power commander my flasher came on at 125 - 127 miles. Before the commander, it would flash around 150 - 175ish. Sorta sucks. But i've been running the gears longer and not shifting as much running the back roads. See what the Avons do to ya'.

YOU CAN ALWAYS ADJUST FROM THE UNIT ITSELF???? OR GET ONE OF THOSE INLINE VOLUME CONTROL BUILT RIGHT IN THE WIRING ON THE HEADPHONE. I HAVE A SEPERATE SETUP THAT YOU HOOK THE HEADPHONES TO THAT AND THEN THAT PIECE TO MY CD PLAYER. THE VOLUME CONTROL IS RIGHT INLINE AND WILL HAND ABOUT MIDWAY DOWN YOUR CHEST.

I rode home on the back roads yesterday and they were wet. I had no problems with them.

These tires are awesome!!!!! I've been pushing the bike harder and harder, and they are incredible!!! These fuckers stick!!! My bike feels so f'n nimble and neutral now, it's ungodly!!!! Just little flicks and the bike feels like it's ready to scrape on the sides. I virtually have no chicken strips left what so ever. I'm gunna have to start putting the knee on the ground.
