[attachmentid=2159][attachmentid=2158] You can't use a magnetic tank bag on top of the Bagster, you need to by a specific tank bag from Bagster. I tried setting my Marsee magnetic on top of the Bagster cover and it won't hold, either the cover is to thick or magnets not strong enough to hold. If you are worried about scratches, I've never had problems my Marsee bag scratching my tank. Bagster is not as fast as a magnetic tank bag to remove as you have four clips to undo.

I have the cover and expandable tank bag, heavy duty material. Fit and material is of good quality. Only thing I don't like is the map pocket, harder to get maps in and out. My Marsee worked better for that. Let me know if you want me to email you some pics.

I plan on changing my chain and sprockets - how difficult is it to remove the front sprocket. do you need a impact wrench. Will a electric one work or do you need a air impact? With having to buy a chain tool and impact wrench it may be cheaper to have a dealer do it. But may not be done better.

I use the BMW type plugs. I would say yes, I have Beetle Bags with Staintunes about the same diameter as the stock ones. As long as they are the same angle you should fine. If you some pics I can send you some for reference.

Manual says to replace washers for where the hose connects to the tank, basically its a banjo type fitting with crush washers, will it leak if I use the old washers? Thanks, Ken

Ruhi, Thanks so much for all the info and keeping us updated. I too have an 02 and was shipped two different size bleeders. Is Spiegler/University Motors going to ship the correct bleeders ?

Just spoke with Gary at Univerity Motors, he has calls into Speigler with regards to Ruhi's and others problems. He assured me that he will do whatever it takes to make it right. I expressed concern to Gary that there seems to be an issue with fitment pertaining to proper lengh and what was the policy of returns and he again assures me he would do whatever it takes to make it right as he wants to keep customers for the long term. I told him I will request to return my kit after the smoke clears if Spiegler can't resolve the problems. He also asked if Dale has posted any info. Bottom line is it looks like we are waiting for resolution from Spiegler

I bought the same kit, but added 1.5 inches for the Heli bars. Have not installed them yet and not sure if I will after what Ruhi went through. Hopefully this is a isolated problem and Speigler will make it right.

Thanks for the pics. The larger diameter bleeders are for the clutch, the smaller ones for the calipers. This is what I gathered based on the invoice So does the clutch line work, can you turn the wheel all the way left and right? Maybe they are using the same clutch line for the Blackbird and FJR ?

That Sucks, I ordered my clutchline(Spiegler Line) 1.5 inches longer than stock which is 43.5 inches due to my heli bars. Seems that will be to short also. Is there anyway of re-routing to make it fit?

I have mine wired to the rear running lights and have no problems. I have no noise problems using ear buds or the internal speaker on the 8500. I'm also using a mixer for my music/radar. http://www.accessoryworkshop.com/products/mixer.htm

I've used oven cleaner to get rubber and other burnt items off my pipes. Make sure you just spray the affected area and cover the plastics with old towels or something, leave it on for a hour or so and it comes off fairly easily. I heard the CHP in So Cal use this.

I bought the cream and spray at the LA bike show 2 years ago, cleans well but as a anti fog or scratch remover I believe other products are better.
