    Regulator ?

Throw a few diodes (one for each phase) and a big capacitor in front of this and you're mostly there. I'd have to go research a good PWM IC, since it's been awhile.
  2. That's an interesting idea. I think you'll find the way they ran them on mine interesting as well. We'll pull the fairing at Josh's Thursday so you can take a peek.
  3. I actually do have a spare LSL kit. I could part with it for $150 + shipping.
  4. Dang. I like the sound of that.
  5. I recall a few guys capping one side off, so I don't see why not.
  6. Maybe, but I'd be surprised if their price is any different. After all, Cogent buys them from Spiegler.
  7. My experience is that J&M has miserable customer service and most likely will ignore you.
  8. I bought several dress shirts from this place: http://www.kingsizedirect.com/
  9. My suggestion: a test light, a pen, and a piece of paper. It's kinda old-school, but it'll work.
  10. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAP...em=170461576718 Set of front and rear for ten bucks Buy-It-Now.
  11. I have an Odyssey on my Valkyrie. I basically haven't ridden the bike for five years -- only starting it to move it around. It finally ran down far enough that I had to charge it this winter. Yes, P. T. Barnum would be proud.
  12. $115 shipped, which is what I paid for them. Here's the original sale thread: http://www.cbr1100xx.org/forums/index.php?showtopic=64691 I'd been looking for a set for so long that I forgot I now need ZX14 ones. :icon_doh:
  13. For drag racing, the cheapest and easiest power adder is nitrous. Even a multi-stage controller setup will be cheaper than any of the things discussed so far.
  14. I know I do, but I'm terrible about getting things shipped in a timely fashion, so let's see if Josh finds his.
  15. You should be able to hide one of the smaller bottles in the tail section. It might require a bit of creative plastic tray rearrangement to do it. I plan to hide mine under the gas tank where the airbox used to be. :icon_thumbsup:
  16. On the plus side, I have a pair of Goldwing 1500 intake manifolds if you need them. I was about to embark on a new project on my Valkyrie, but I may have found her a new home instead.
  17. While you're in there, look for rotten vacuum lines (there's a lot of them) and a blocked tank vent.

    My house project

I like the random blue tiles. In fact, I'm going to go imagine standing naked next to them right now.
  19. I think they pretty much all replace lines one-to-one. I recall having to spend some time figuring it out, but it wasn't too hard. The only major difference that I recall is the front line routing is more elegant than stock.
